幸赞品,博士,兰州大学泛第三极环境中心青年研究员。主要开展遥感土壤水、热数据适用性评估与定量反演方面的研究。近年来发表高水平论文30余篇,第一/通讯作者在Remote Sensing of  Environment, Advances in Climate Change Research等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文6篇。参与国家重大专项第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究子课题和国家自然科学基金项目。担任Remote Sensing of Environment; International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation; Journal of Hydrology;Agricultural And Forest Meteorology;Atmospheric Research; Cold Regions Science and Technology等多个国际刊物审稿专家。
