NAMITA PAUDEL ADHIKARI，博士，兰州大学泛第三极环境中心博士后。主要冰川补给河流关联生境细菌群落组成和潜在生态，喜马拉雅山的环境地球化学的研究。近年来发表高水平论文11余篇，第一/通讯作者在Science of the Total Environment, Ecological Indicators等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文5篇。

2010年9月–2014年6月，尼泊尔特里布文大学，获理学学士学位

2016年9月–2019年6月，中国科学院青藏高原研究所，获理学硕士学位

2019年9月-2023年12月，中国科学院青藏高原研究所，获理学博士学位
