 刘军志,山东海阳人,博士,兰州大学泛第三极环境中心教授,国际环境建模与软件协会指导委员会委员、国际数字地球学会中委会虚拟地理环境专业委员会委员。主要从事地表过程模拟、时空数据挖掘/机器学习等方面研究,作为主要负责人自主设计研发了模块化、并行化的流域建模框架SEIMS(Spatially Explicit Integrated Modeling System)并开源发布(https://github.com/lreis2415/SEIMS),所提出的并行算法被水文领域广泛使用的LISFLOOD模型采用。近年来主持国家自然科学基金项目、江苏省自然科学基金项目等多项课题,发表期刊论文80余篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文39篇(SCI论文27篇:中科院一区论文12篇,二区论文10篇),论文累计被引用2000余次(H指数:23),9篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,1篇研究论文入选“最具影响力中国地理期刊优秀论文”,申请发明专利9项(已授权6项)。获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖自然科学二等奖、第三届全国高校GIS青年教师讲课竞赛特等奖等荣誉10余项。
